5. Payments & Subscriptions

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled via your app store. Fees are non-refundable.

Services are not a substitute for medical advice. Consult your physician before starting this program.

7. Assumption of Risk

You accept all risks associated with workouts and lifestyle changes. FigureFIT! is not liable for injuries.

8. Messaging & Accountability Notifications

You may receive motivational texts and emails. Standard messaging rates apply. You may opt out anytime.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to harass, spam, or abuse the platform or other users.

10. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by FigureFIT! LLC. You may not redistribute or reuse it without permission.

11. Third-Party Tools

FigureFIT! may integrate with services like Zoom. Your use of these tools is at your own risk.

12. Ambassador & Affiliate Program

Users may apply to earn commissions for referrals. Participation requires approval and a separate agreement.

13. No Warranties

Services are provided 'as is' with no guarantees of outcomes.

14. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indiana, with disputes resolved via arbitration.
