Question: Will I reach my goal in 90-days?

Depends on your goal? If it is to develop a process and you put in the effort each week, then you will have a process that will get you there. Many clients do this 90-day challenge over and over until they reach their goal.


Question: What diet should I follow?

It depends on your activity level. The Super Shred Diet is great. Keto is not recommended. The regular plan that comes with this 90-day transformation and chronicled in my book is also perfect and will teach you all you need to know when it comes to what to eat and when.
