Picture this... When I was young, I was outside sledding in the snow. I found my own hill. Little did I know, there was a 6' drop at the bottom of a hill. My sled landed on hard concrete and I was in pain, stuck and unable to move myself because my legs weren't working. Luckily once I was at the hospital they said I would be able to walk again after a few weeks of physical therapy AND visualization work.

In physical therapy, I learned a few things that would go on to help me for the rest of my life. 

After having a baby and having a very weak core, the back pain started up. I put into practice the same techniques I learned when I was 8 years old. The exercises strengthened my core which ultimately helped to support my lower back and abolish the back pain. 

The small movements you will learn in this course will give you a strong core and help you move easier. Once you have this foundational knowledge of movement and how to move in a safer way to protect your back - you will start to build real strength in your core. 

To this day, the trauma to my low back from childhood rears its painful head every now and then; especially when I have been doing a lot sitting or traveling. When this happens, I do these exercises and they help me to ward-off the back pain by strengthening all of the muscles in my abdominal sections as well as offer deep stretching to those muscles as well.
