No-one ever taught you this..
When I was young, I broke a few vertebrae in my lower back when I was sledding. For a few weeks, I couldn't walk.
In rehab, I learned a few things that would go on to help me for the rest of my life every time I had lower back issues.
After having a baby and having a very weak core and bad back pain, I put into practice those same techniques I learned when I was 8 years old to strengthen my core which ultimately helped to support my lower back and abolish the back pain.
Even to this day, while having a weak lower back due to this trauma from when I was a child, I do these exercises and they always help me to ward-off the back pain by strengthening my core.
