Who is this program for?

Anyone looking to improve their health, gain strength, feel confident in their body, or simply get back on track. Our workouts and nutrition programs are beginner-friendly and scalable to the most elite levels. As you get stronger, the weights get heavier, and you get leaner and more sculpted.

Is this just workouts, or is nutrition included?

We include both! You’ll get access to workouts and guided nutrition plans. You can also upgrade for access to personalized coaching for more help and accountability.

How do I access the program?

Download the FigureFIT! app via the App Store or Google Play. Once you sign up, you’ll unlock access to your programs, workouts, and community features.

Can I use the figurefit program from anywhere?

Yes! All content is 100% digital. Whether you’re at home, traveling, or at the gym, you can follow workouts and nutrition plans from any device.

Do I need equipment?

Ye. Some programs are bodyweight-only. Others may include optional equipment like dumbbells or resistance bands — we’ll let you know what’s needed for each workout.

Do you provide meal plans?

Yes! We offer structured meal templates, recipes, and nutrition guides to support your goals. You’ll also get nutrition coaching in certain plans.

Is this a diet?

No crash diets here. We teach you how to eat for your body with a balanced, flexible approach that supports energy, confidence, and sustainability.

How does accountability work?

You’ll get motivational push notifications, texts, email reminders, and options for group coaching via Zoom. You’re not alone on this journey.

Do You offer 1:1 coaching?

While we primarily offer group coaching and app-based support, 1:1 coaching may be offered during select programs or challenges.

How much does figurefit! cost

We offer monthly and annual subscription options. Some courses or programs may be available as one-time purchases.

What’s your refund policy?

How do i cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime through your Apple, Google, or Exercise.com account. If you subscribed via the website, log in and manage billing under your profile.

Can I earn money by promoting figurefit!?

How do I become an ambassador?
